You can earn referral credit for up to 3 months of their stay.
Shared Room
$25 per month, up to 3 months
Total referral credit: up to $75
Private Room, Studio, or 1 Bedroom
$50 per month, up to 3 months
Total referral credit: up to $150
How it works
- Refer a friend to Hadrian Home.
- Your friend mentions your name before booking.
- Once they move in and pay rent, your referral credit begins.
- You continue earning monthly credit for up to 3 months while they stay.
Referral Terms and Conditions
- The referred guest must be new to Hadrian Home and must not have stayed with us before.
- The referral must be submitted before the guest signs a lease, pays a deposit, or moves in.
- Referral credit is issued monthly after the referred guest has moved in and paid rent. Credit is only earned for the months the referred guest actually stays and remains in good standing.
- No referral credit will be issued if the guest cancels, does not move in, receives a refund, fails to pay rent, or was already in contact with Hadrian Home before the referral was made.
- Self-referrals are not allowed. Hadrian Home reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and may update, pause, or end this promotion at any time.
