Our check-in time is usually at 02:00 pm. Once the previous guest checked-out, you are welcome to check-in as soon that the room has been cleaned. If the room is not ready by the time you arrive, you are welcome to wait in the living room. Or you may leave your bags, and as soon the room is ready, we will move the bags to your room.
Yes, you can. Most likely, you will be provided with a self-check-in instruction. Please keep your noise level to a minimum if you are checking in after 08:00 pm.
Please ask the on-site host the day you arrive. Depending on where you stay, you may be able to leave your bags in the common area to be picked up at a later time.
A crime can happen anywhere in the world, especially in a big city. However, our home is gated and located in a reputable neighborhood. You can also lock your room (unless specifically advertised otherwise).
Yes, you can. We also provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. However, you are responsible to clean after yourself. There is a charge of $10/per dirty dishes. Also, the kitchen is closed before 09:00 am and after 08:00 pm.
Unfortunately, pet(s) is/are not allowed. Our landlord does not allow any pet. If you bring any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave immediately.
The parking situations are different depending on where you stay. For examples: in Beverly Hills, a parking permit will be provided with a security deposit. In East Hollywood, the parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We try to keep our room cost affordable by only charging you if you stay in our home as an individual. If you have an additional guest, there is an additional charge to cover expenses associated with an additional person. The additional charge covers our cost that is associated by an additional person such as utilities (water and gas), toiletries (shampoo, soaps, and towels), insurance, and additional wear and tear.
