FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We’ve got you covered! Whether you're wondering about check-in times, what to pack, or how to get around town, our Frequently Asked Questions section is a great place to start — packed with useful tips and clear answers.

Can I check in early or late?

If you were given a key, just leave it on the table. Please double-check that you haven’t accidentally packed any small items (like the TV remote!). And kindly let us know once you’ve checked out so we can get started on cleaning.

Can I get food or packages delivered?

Sure! You can order food or deliveries, but please don’t share our door code. For mail, use the address we provided.

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we do check the mailbox daily and will hand over anything addressed to you. Let us know if you’re expecting something important.

Is there parking available?

Some of our locations include on-site parking — feel free to ask us if a spot is available for your stay.

For street parking, it depends on the area. Some streets require a permit, while others are free — so check with us for details specific to your location. Please pay close attention to posted signs, especially for street cleaning days, which usually alternate sides. Avoid parking on red or yellow curbs, next to fire hydrants, or in front of anyone’s driveway — LA parking enforcement is strict!

Are pets allowed?

Yes — pets are welcome in some locations, and if you’re staying in a private room or an entire unit! That said, rules and fees may vary depending on the property, so please check with us in advance. We’ll let you know what’s allowed and make sure both you and your pet have a comfortable stay.

Do I need to clean the room when I leave?

We charge a small cleaning fee that covers basic cleaning and supplies. If you've made a big mess, we appreciate your help tidying up. And if there’s any damage or staining (like on sheets or towels), please let us know so we can replace or clean them properly.

Can I check out late?

Standard check-out is before 10 AM. If you need extra time, please let us know ahead of time — we’ll try to accommodate, but it depends on whether we have another guest arriving that day. Either way, you're welcome to leave your bags in the common area for later pickup.

Our check-in time is usually at 02:00 pm. Once the previous guest checked-out, you are welcome to check-in as soon that the room has been cleaned. If the room is not ready by the time you arrive, you are welcome to wait in the living room. Or you may leave your bags, and as soon the room is ready, we will move the bags to your room.
Yes, you can. Most likely, you will be provided with a self-check-in instruction. Please keep your noise level to a minimum if you are checking in after 08:00 pm.
Please ask the on-site host the day you arrive. Depending on where you stay, you may be able to leave your bags in the common area to be picked up at a later time.
A crime can happen anywhere in the world, especially in a big city. However, our home is gated and located in a reputable neighborhood. You can also lock your room (unless specifically advertised otherwise).
Yes, you can. We also provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. However, you are responsible to clean after yourself. There is a charge of $10/per dirty dishes. Also, the kitchen is closed before 09:00 am and after 08:00 pm.
Unfortunately, pet(s) is/are not allowed. Our landlord does not allow any pet. If you bring any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave immediately.
The parking situations are different depending on where you stay. For examples: in Beverly Hills, a parking permit will be provided with a security deposit. In East Hollywood, the parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We try to keep our room cost affordable by only charging you if you stay in our home as an individual. If you have an additional guest, there is an additional charge to cover expenses associated with an additional person. The additional charge covers our cost that is associated by an additional person such as utilities (water and gas), toiletries (shampoo, soaps, and towels), insurance, and additional wear and tear.
